Pricing

At ProActive VA, we understand that every business operates differently, which is why our pricing is straightforward and adaptable.

Our services are charged at a flat rate of $40 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours.

If you’d like to secure ongoing support, you can take advantage of our value options:

10 hours – Receive 1 bonus hour (11 hours total)

20 hours – Receive 3 bonus hours (23 hours total)

As your business evolves or things get busy, you can purchase additional hours at any time. This gives you the flexibility to scale your support up or down when you need it, with no lock-in contracts.

I’m Naomie, the face behind ProActive VA, providing reliable virtual assistant support to busy business owners who want things handled properly, without the stress of hiring in-house or doing it all themselves.
 
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I support clients across Australia with day-to-day admin, social media management, inbox and calendar management, systems support and business organisation, helping businesses run smoothly behind the scenes so they can focus on growth, clients and the parts of their business they actually enjoy.
 
I started ProActive VA after seeing how many capable business owners were burning themselves out trying to juggle everything. Admin was getting done late at night, systems were messy, and nothing ever felt fully “caught up”. I love bringing order to the chaos and making business feel lighter.
 
When I’m not supporting clients, I’m enjoying time with my husband, David, and our two kids, Ella and Noah. I love a good coffee and getting lost in a great book. I believe business should fit around your life, and that’s exactly how I help my clients run theirs.
